It was based in nice building in a marvellous location, right next to an outlet mall. And we were not far from the airport and the outlets and downtown restaurants. Our room was extremely spacious with sofa pull out bed, the bathroom.

Fairly clean hotel with cleanfacilities and helpful and efficient staff. Location just next door to restaurants, shopping and convenience stores and an outlet mall. Also, close to everything. Totally very very good stay for our first vacation.

A comfortable hotel and the rooms are brand-new. The stuff are very very helpful, we truly enjoyed them. The location is comfy, as the property is based close to everything. And it's just next door to restaurants and the airport and mall and food and gas station. The restaurant attached makes hot food

It has brand-new absolutely fantastic rooms, that come with sofa pull out bed as well as the bathroom. There is a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a fridge.

My family and I recently stayed at a hotel in Howell for a cheerleading competition. The staff at Holiday Inn Express was amazing, making sure the pool was available for our group and ensuring that our child had her reserved spot. The employees on duty that day were friendly and accommodating, even providing extra sheets and pillows for our pull-out couch. I was also impressed with the bathroom amenities - full bottles of shampoo and conditioner, perfect for our whole family. The entire hotel was clean, organized, and quiet, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Though a bit pricey, the experience was definitely worth it, and we will be planning another stay.

The hotel's location was convenient, close to the outlets and downtown restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate any requests we had.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if they had more variety of breakfast items.

The food was good - good choice of options. Great that they have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with sofa pull out bed and the bathroom, for instance; everyone is welcome here. The location was comfy and quiet - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

I had great food for breakfast with many options. I truly enjoyed this hotel because the location was good and magnificent short walk to the outlet stores, and greater Detroit.

The rooms are spacious and the complimentary breakfast is tasty. Another advantage is the friendly staff who are always ready to assist.

The cleanliness of the hotel is a major concern, with mud being tracked through the lobby and elevator. Additionally, some areas of the hotel, such as the hallways and vending areas, appear to be neglected in terms of cleanliness.

Location: the hotel was very close to outlet mall, the outlets and other facilities. Liked the room with sofa pull out bed, my bed was comfortable.
